Fredrik Lindström

Fredrik Lindström is employed as a graphic designer and illustrator during the day, and an oil painter at night. Yes, that’s roughly how it is.

Fredrik has experimented with various mediums and techniques: charcoal & graphite, pastels, watercolors, ink, digital art—basically, a bit of everything. But it’s in oil painting that he has truly found his style and a process he enjoys.

His approach to painting is very intuitive. Sometimes, it’s buzzing bumblebees, and other times, it’s Zinedine Zidane in action from the 1998 World Cup. He spots something he likes, inspiration strikes, and he puts it on canvas. It’s rarely stranger than that.
