This is a tough strong one, which requires time and patience (blooms early and ripens late). But patience pays dividends for those who can handle Nebbiolo, it can produce mammoth wines with both acid and tannins, cherries and blackberries. Add roses but also tar and leather! You bow and bow and serve Italian. A lovely mushroom risotto with lots of parmesan or why not pasta with a rich stew?
